Help low- to moderate-income families and individuals in Central Maine build a better financial future! The Central Maine CA$H (Creating Assets, Savings and Hope) Coalition provides free tax preparation assistance and financial asset coaching.
Are you friendly and outgoing? Do you love meeting new people? Become a Greeter! Greeters are the first point of contact for individuals with appointments for tax assistance and financial coaching. Greeters ensure taxpayers have a scheduled appointment and have brought the required materials for their appointments.
Waterville tax clinics will be held on Wednesday evenings in February and March and on two Saturdays. All clinics take place at Waterville High School. We ask that volunteers plan to sign up for a minimum of three Wednesday evenings and one Saturday shift. Please call or email with any questions! 207-873-7700 or firstname.lastname@example.org
All United Way of Mid-Maine volunteers are Agents of IMPACT (Imagine Many People Affecting Change Today)! From those who help out just once, for an hour, to those who volunteer every day. Whether you provide office support, direct services, or sit on a board. All Agents contribute innovations, expertise, passion, and unique perspectives to every project, big and small.
