The Board of Directors is the decision making and policy-setting body of Waterville Area Habitat for Humanity. It sets financial goals and priorities, manage legal matters, and communicates with Habitat for Humanity International as well s the Regional Support Center. Board members, elected at the affiliate's annual meeting in May, agrees to serve two years terms. Board members attend regular monthly meetings, and most serve on at least one other committee. The Board elects an affiliate President, Vice-President, Secretary, and Treasurer on an annual basis.
